Job Title: QA Team Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Leader with strong knowledge of both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team leader with excellent

problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous testing practices, team mentorship, and continuous process improvement.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Active participation in all phases of the software development life-cycle.

  2. Work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality and reliable products.

  3. Design, develop and execute manual and automation test cases.

  4. Identify, analyze and document defects, ensuring timely resolution.

  5. Guide and mentor junior QA team members.

  6. Monitor and improve QA processes, including regression and exploratory testing.

  7. Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.

  8. Suggest improvements to product functionality, design and usability.

  9. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance throughout the development cycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. The ideal candidate possesses 4-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.

  2. Strong background in manual and automation testing.

  3. Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  4. A positive team player attitude with a drive to learn and adapt quickly.

  5. Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate
