We are looking for a motivated React JS Team Leader who will:

● Mentor and guide the development team, promoting best practices and maintaining high coding

standards.

● Collaborate with product managers and designers to convert business requirements into

scalable technical solutions.

● Drive innovation and continuous improvement across development workflows and team

practices.

● Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their relevance and

impact on our platform.

● Lead by example through hands-on coding, effective problem-solving, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications using , Redux and modern front-end technologies.

● Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimizations.

● Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux.

● Utilize testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), Git and CI/CD tools for streamlined

development.

● Familiarity with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite) and cloud-based environments such as AWS.

Qualifications and Skills:

● 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with and JavaScript (ES6+) development.

● Proficient in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript and building responsive, high-performance UIs

using React.

● Experience with Redux for state management and handling asynchronous data flows.

● Skilled in RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming using Promises and

async/await.

● Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest and Mocha.

● Familiarity with modern build tools and front-end pipelines such as Babel, Webpack and NPM.

● Candidates with experience in TDD will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
