What your day-to-day will look like:
- Providing assistance by telephone to customers and business partners concerning product deliveries, returns, and exchanges. 50%
- Diagnosing assessing and resolving problems or issues timely within the established Level of Service. 10%
- Providing excellent customer service. 15%
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. 10%
- Communicating with customers when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders. 15%
And other tasks as assigned.
What you'll need to excel:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- 1 year of experience in transportation and logistics.
- Bi-lingual English
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accurately inputs information into and retrieves from the computer.
- Quickly learns and achieves proficiency in new software applications as needed.
