Job Title: Import Customer Service Executive
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays Off (2nd & 4th) & Alternate Saturdays Half-Day (1st & 3rd till 1:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete import documentation including Bill of Lading, Bill of Entry, Delivery Order, and IGM filing.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and CHA for timely customs clearance and cargo release.
- Provide shipment tracking & regular updates to customers ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, HS codes, and duty/tariff assessments.
- Address and resolve customer queries & escalations related to import shipments.
- Prepare freight invoices, quotations, and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationship management (CRM) to ensure high service levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end import operations.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate Freshers with good academic scores are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
