Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative based in the Mumbai Western Suburbs. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, handling service issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Experience in real estate or finance is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
