Role Description

This is an on-site internship role as a Human Resources Apprentice at Marriott International, located in Pune. The HR Apprentice will assist in various HR functions, including implementing HR policies, supporting personnel management, and coordinating employee benefit programs. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks, supporting employee relations efforts, and learning about HR management practices in a globally recognized organization.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies, including compliance and implementation
  • Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools is a plus
