Role Overview
We're looking for a
Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
who can hustle on the ground to grow Avari's affiliate network. Your goal: onboard
barber shops, salons, medical stores, and residential societies
that can refer potential customers to Avari. You'll be the face of our brand — driving partnerships, visibility, and local lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard
affiliate partners
(salons, barber shops, pharmacies, wig suppliers, and housing societies). - Pitch Avari's affiliate program and explain the benefits, incentives, and process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure
steady lead flow
. - Distribute marketing materials (flyers, standees, referral cards) and ensure brand visibility.
- Track daily leads, conversion metrics, and partner activity via CRM or internal tools.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for affiliate sign-ups and lead generation.
- Collect on-ground feedback to improve conversion and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in
field sales / business development / affiliate onboarding
(FMCG, wellness, healthcare, beauty, insurance, or hyperlocal industries preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be
comfortable with on-ground work
across Bangalore. - Smartphone and
two-wheeler mandatory
. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and excited to be part of a fast-growing startup.
