Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, implement & maintain robust systems for ensuring product and process quality
  • Define & monitor quality standards, tolerances, and specifications aligned with buyer protocols
  • Lead, train, and ,mentor the QA team to build technical competencies and drive performance
  • Ensure discipline, workflow management, and smooth daily functioning of the QA department
  • Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
  • Maintain strong relationships with production teams, suppliers, and buyers to ensure quality expectations are consistently met.
  • Conduct product performance evaluation, bench-marking, and reliability studies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production and R&D teams
  • Ensure strict compliance with buyer requirements, certification, and ensure organizational readiness at all times
  • Analyze recurring quality issues, identify root causes, and establish effective corrective & preventive action plans
  • Use data - driven approaches to reduce rejections, wastages, and improve first-time-right quality
  • Support organizational projects and initiatives as assigned
