With three manufacturing facilities and several warehouses, all adhering to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards, we have a collective capacity of producing 6 million Sprockets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Management located in Delhi, India. The Head of Quality Management will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control across the organization. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting quality audits, managing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also involves analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and training staff on quality best practices.QualificationsProficiency in Quality Control and Quality AssuranceExperience with Quality Auditing and Quality Management systemsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsMinimum of 7-10 years experience in a quality management roleBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferredAudit knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and related certifications
