Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of consumer durable loan portfolio, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase EMI collection rates and reduce delinquency rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth in retail finance products such as consumer loans, credit cards, etc.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape of digital lending platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to consumer finance regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-9 years of experience in managing consumer durable loan portfolios or similar roles within banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of CDL (Consumer Durables Loan) products, including financing options for various types of assets like two-wheelers, cars, home appliances etc. .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship management with dealerships/distributors/retail partners.
