Job Summary

We are hiring an Engineering Specialist – Electric Power Steering (EPS) Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced electric steering solutions for commercial vehicles. The role involves hands-on integration, simulation, and ensuring system compliance with global safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate electric steering systems for commercial vehicles.
  • Define vehicle-level requirements and contribute to technology roadmap development.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve safety, reliability, and performance.
  • Use simulation tools (Adams, MotionView, MATLAB/Simulink, TruckSim) to optimize design.
  • Support testing, validation, and compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety.
  • Prepare technical documentation and assist in design release and benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in electric steering system design or integration.
  • Experience in vehicle kinematics, mechatronics, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with Polarion, PTC Integrity, CREO, JIRA, and related tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on vehicle testing and validation.
  • Model-based design (MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Knowledge of functional safety (ISO
