We're Hiring: Marketing, Content & Automation Lead (Mohali | On-site)

We're looking for a Marketing, Content & Automation Lead who combines strategic marketing vision, hands-on content execution, and strong automation skills. This person will step into the business and immediately start directing our marketing, content, and automation roadmap not waiting for instructions, but helping define them.

They will build the systems, team, and processes that allow us to scale our brand organically across multiple platforms and markets.

What You'll Do

  1. Lead Our Content, Brand & Organic Growth-

  2. Build and own our entire content strategy from scratch

  3. Direct what content we should produce daily, weekly, monthly
  4. Create, curate, and oversee high-volume content across social platforms (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  5. Understand marketing cultures from Western markets to India and craft content that fits
  6. Spot trends early, move fast, and ideally create new trends
  7. Promote our products daily through engaging storytelling and brand-led content

  8. Build a content machine that supports rapid growth

  9. Build Automated Marketing Systems-

  10. Design and implement advanced workflows using n8n and other automation platforms

  11. Automate content distribution, repurposing, scheduling, and cross-channel deployment
  12. Build internal processes that eliminate manual work and increase team efficiency

  13. Use AI and prompt engineering to scale content creation and improve quality

  14. Lead & Build a Team-

  15. Recruit, manage, and mentor a small team (content creators, editors, designers, freelancers, etc.)

  16. Coordinate and direct people to ensure high-quality execution
  17. Create processes, SOPs, and systems tailored uniquely to how we work as a startup.

  18. Ensure the team runs smoothly and aligned with company goals

  19. Provide Strategic Marketing Direction-

  20. Collaborate closely with founders to shape marketing vision and brand identity

  21. Advise what content categories, formats, and messaging will drive growth
  22. Use data and platform insights to constantly refine strategy
  23. Understand global marketing behavior and adapt content strategy accordingly
  24. Ensure our marketing consistently promotes our products and builds brand authority

-Exceptional English communicator (written + verbal)

-Proven track record building automation workflows

Marketing Expertise

-Lives and breathes social media

-Experience creating and growing content from zero

-Deep understanding of audience psychology across cultures

-Confident in directing founders on what content is needed

-Natural storyteller and brand-builder

Bonus Skills

-Comfort working with editors, designers, and freelancers

-Basic design/creative knowledge (Figma, Canva)

-Experience in startups or fast-paced digital teams
