About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kickstart their career in HR. The role involves supporting recruitment processes, maintaining HR MIS and employee records, handling administrative responsibilities, and tracking employee attendance.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.
2.
HR MIS & Documentation:
Prepare and update HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of HR metrics.
3.
Administration:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the HR department.
Manage office supplies, employee ID cards, and documentation logistics.
Support onboarding and exit formalities.
4.
Attendance & Leave Tracking:
Monitor daily employee attendance using HR software/tools.
Maintain leave records and follow up on discrepancies.
Generate regular attendance reports for payroll processing.
Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Good verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
