Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead at GrayQuest, based in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will be responsible for organizing and managing tasks to ensure seamless team operations. This includes driving business from existing accounts, acquiring new clients, coordinating team efforts, providing leadership and guidance, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role also involves fostering a collaborative team environment, promoting best practices, and assisting in problem-solving to address challenges effectively.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and coordination skills to effectively inspire and manage diverse teams
  • Project and task management expertise, with a strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and ensure project success
  • Prior experience in team management or leadership roles is preferred
  • Edtech and Fintech profiles are preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field
