Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist for the position of Team Lead Recruitment.

The candidate must have 2 years of hands-on experience in both permanent and contract staffing.

The role will begin with a strong focus on sourcing and will later include team handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

**Individual Contributor (Initial Phase):**

* Source and screen candidates for IT roles (contract & permanent).

* Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and other platforms for sourcing.

* Understand client requirements and provide qualified profiles.

* Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and assist with offer closures.

**Team Lead Responsibilities:**

* Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.

* Assign tasks and ensure targets are met for both contract and permanent roles.

* Guide the team on effective sourcing strategies and JD interpretation.

* Communicate with clients regarding delivery updates, requirement clarifications, and issue resolution.

* Train new team members and support their onboarding.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

* Strong in sourcing, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups.

* Experience with both contract and permanent staffing models.

* Good knowledge of IT roles and hiring trends.s
