Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Lead Generation: Drive new sales leads to support Relationship Managers in expanding the client base.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Financial Analysis: Assess financial aspects of product development, including budgeting, expenditure management, R&D funding, and profit-loss projections to ensure positive return on investment.
  • Marketing Management: Oversee and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, collaborating with advertising and promotion managers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of the marketing and sales team, managing their daily operations to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
