About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Key Account Manager with a strong background in Medical Devices Equipment sales, managing and developing business across the PAN India market. The ideal candidate will be based in Pune and must possess strong industry networks, deep market understanding, and hands-on experience in handling key accounts within the healthcare/medical device domain.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for customer relationship management, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and grow key accounts across PAN India, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth in the medical devices equipment sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Service) to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop strategic sales plans.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance metrics to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience (5 yrs to 10 years) in sales of medical devices, healthcare equipment, or related technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of PAN India market dynamics and customer landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple key accounts with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving sales results.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing strong network of hospitals, distributors, dealers, and decision-makers in the medical devices industry.
- Experience in handling high-value capital equipment will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
