Job Title: Plant HR Manager

Experience: 10 to 12 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Jeedimetla / Kazipally)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Head

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all HR and IR (Industrial Relations) activities at the plant, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and statutory compliance while fostering a productive, safe, and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant including attendance, payroll inputs, and HRIS updates.
  • Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with corporate HR guidelines.

2. Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Manage manpower planning and recruitment for the plant across all levels.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for plant employees.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and behavioral training sessions.

3. Industrial Relations & Compliance

  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations with unions and workers.
  • Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations.
  • Liaise with government and statutory bodies as required.

4. Performance Management

  • Drive performance appraisal processes and ensure timely goal-setting and feedback sessions.
  • Support managers in identifying and developing high-potential employees.

5. Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Support the implementation of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
  • Oversee welfare activities and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and people management abilities.
  • Exposure to manufacturing / plant HR operations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized institute.
