Role & responsibilities
Individual role to complete all the Taxation & Financials related matters of the company within due time frame which consist of all matters related to GST, TDS, Stat. Audit, Internal Audit with big 4, INDAS, Finalization of monthly/ Quarterly / Annual Financials, handling foreign payments, preparing reconciliations and Notes on different matters as required by Management.
Statutory Compliances - Taxation
GST Checking & Deposit and all GSTR return filling on monthly basis.
GST Input 2A/2B reconciliation,
GST Details & Registration,
Vendor follow up and reconciliation for input Credit utilization
TDS Checking & Deposit,
Filing TDS Returns,
Issuing TDS Certificates,
ITR Filing & Assessments,
XBRL Filing with ROC, Booking and Settlement of Barter and property transactions
Assisting AP department
Completing Foreign Payments & its Compliances,
Filling of 15CA/CB etc.
Credit Card Payments Bookings compliance.
Credit Card Compliances
Process Improvement & Internal Control
Experience to deal with Big 4 Statutory Auditors.
Handling Tax Audits.
Assisting Internal Audits.
Income Tax Assessments,
Departmental Audits of GST
TDS Recoverable Reconciliation with 26AS
Others Areas of Working
TDS Refund Confirmations,
Bank Guarantee- Issuance & Cancellation,
Issuing Demand Drafts for EMD & RFP.
Accrual and booking of New Revenue streams
CA is must.
SAP knowledge is must.
Experience of working in Financial Planning and Analysis Domain
Knowledge of available tools, technology and techniques
