Owns the job file and also has responsibility for creating and updating
relevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.

    You will be responsible for:
  • Improving the standard procedures whileprocessing export/import documents with a keen eye on meeting the end customer's requirements. 
  • Empowering to suggest changes to the Operating processes based on experience.
  • Having Excellent command over communication with internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner and escalate
    difficulties as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
  • Adhering to process and account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation.
  • Carrying out all export/import activities in a manner that will
    contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key performance
    Indicators (KPI's).

Requirement:

  • 3 + years of hands on experience into the shipping and forwarding field.
  • Clear understanding about AIR & SEA operations.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortiable with UK shift hours (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM)
  • Stakeholder management
