Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cheese Expert – Research & Development, located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves developing and enhancing cheese products through innovative research and testing. Day-to-day tasks include the formulation of cheese recipes, quality assessments, conducting experiments to refine cheese-making processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer and market expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in cheese formulation, recipe development, and dairy product innovation
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, process optimization, and quality assessments in food development
  • Knowledge of food science, microbiology, and cheese production techniques
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for research and development
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, food safety standards, and emerging market trends
  • Educational qualifications such as a degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related field
  • Practical experience in cheese production or R&D is a strong plus
