Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior RFID Domain Expert located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior RFID Domain Expert will manage the design and implementation of RFID systems, oversee project execution, provide technical consultation, perform system testing and validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and breakthroughs, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • RFID Technologies – Strong knowledge of RFID standards, protocols, and frequency ranges (UHF, HF, LF, EPC Gen2, ISO
  • RFID Hardware Expertise – Hands-on experience with RFID tags, readers, antennas, encoders, and performance optimization.
  • RFID Middleware & Data Processing – Proficiency in RFID middleware platforms, data capture, filtering, and integration.
  • System Integration – Proven ability to integrate RFID with ERP, WMS, POS, and other enterprise applications.
  • IoT & Emerging Tech – Familiarity with IoT frameworks, sensors, and cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
  • Networking & Connectivity – Knowledge of RFID infrastructure, communication protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT, REST APIs), and device connectivity.
  • Data Security & Compliance – Understanding of encryption, authentication, and compliance requirements for RFID/IoT data.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Experience collaborating with RFID vendors, suppliers, and internal business/IT stakeholders.
  • Solution Design & Rollout – Expertise in designing, piloting, and deploying RFID solutions at scale with defined SOPs and best practices.
