Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant and Office Administration Assistant located in Hyderabad. The role involves performing administrative tasks, managing office equipment, handling phone communication, and clerical duties. The assistant will also be responsible for facilitating day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth workflow management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Ability to operate and manage Office Equipment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous
  • Relevant education in office administration or related field is preferred
