Assistant Manager(Home Loan)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to facilitate home loan approvals for customers.
- Conduct field visits to customers' locations, builder sites, and bank branches for loan documentation and processing support.
- Identify potential home loan customers through builders, brokers, and corporate channels.
- Assist customers with end-to-end loan process — eligibility checks, documentation, application submission, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal real estate sales teams to support home loan requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly loan disbursement and project tie-up targets as assigned by management.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through regular follow-ups and referrals.
- Collect market intelligence and maintain data on competitor products, interest rates, and banking policies.
- Support business development activities related to new project partnerships with banks and housing finance companies.
- Ensure compliance with company and banking norms during the entire loan process.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years
of experience in home loans, mortgage sales, or banking business development. - Prior experience with banks, NBFCs, or real estate firms will be preferred.
- Ability to handle
field visits, documentation, and coordination
with multiple stakeholders
