We largely cater to HNI customers selling premium jewellery for special occasions. Our products are largely catering to the south Indian taste and occasions.

We are looking to collaborate with a
Learning & Development (L&D) professional or organization
to design and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at strengthening sales effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement, and improving overall workplace performance across our retail network.

Scope of Work

The selected L&D partner will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering customized training programs for our
Sales Teams
, with a focus on:

1. Sales & Customer Experience Training

  • Upselling and cross-selling techniques for HNI's and multi-generational customers.
  • Premium customer experience Mindset
  • Building long-term customer relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, practical, and result-oriented training sessions for employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Submit detailed post-training reports, including feedback summaries and improvement suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in L&D in the
    retail space especially in luxury sector
    . Jewellery industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in
    sales, behavioural, and customer service training
    .
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct impactful
    on-site sessions
    in multiple languages.
  • Needs to be fluent in Telugu.
