Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Executive in Mechanical to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited, based in Vadodara. This is a Full-Time, Junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The role focuses on supporting our operations with innovative solutions, ensuring smooth mechanical functioning, and contributing to our overarching goals of growth and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime of mechanical systems.
  • Capability in performing minor maintenance tasks to support the operation of field equipment and optimize mechanical performance.
  • Proficiency in boiler operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of steam boiler functions (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledgeable in using CppUnit for testing mechanical systems to ensure optimal operational performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding of high-pressure boiler functionality, safety regulations, and compliance with industry standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain precision and accuracy in performing mechanical duties and documenting procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and reporting maintenance updates and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure their optimal functioning and prevent downtime.
  • Perform boiler operations, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure efficient energy utilization and system integrity.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical failures and propose effective solutions to restore functionality swiftly.
  • Maintain and repair equipment to enhance operational performance and extend the lifespan of mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate minor maintenance tasks and optimize the efficiency of existing mechanical operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve mechanical processes and ensure smooth mechanical operations.
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain detailed records to track historical maintenance and ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on the latest mechanical technologies and apply innovative techniques to improve system performance.
