Role & responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Attendance Management:
- Track and record daily attendance of employees using the attendance system.
- Assist in generating attendance reports for management as required.
- Address attendance discrepancies by coordinating with the HR department.
- Provide guidance to employees on attendance policies and procedures.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support HR and other departments with clerical duties as needed.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries from visitors and staff, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors and employees.
