Administrative Coordinator

The role of an Administrative Coordinator is multifaceted and requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties.

  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Applicants should possess a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is beneficial.
