Role: Founding Account Executive
- We're hiring our first Account Executive to work directly with the founding team and scale InteractGen across global markets. This is a true
end-to-end role
you'll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to demo, negotiation, and close.
What you'll do
- Partner with the founders (who are on the frontlines cold calling too) to break into new markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently= prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → close.
- Build and refine sales playbooks for global SaaS markets.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing to shape GTM strategy.
- Be the face of InteractGen to early customers, setting the tone for how we sell worldwide.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of SaaS sales or B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of full-cycle sales (prospecting to close).
- A scrappy, founder-like mindset: you're not afraid to cold call, experiment, and hustle.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills - you can make a complex product click instantly.
- Comfort working in a 0→1 environment where playbooks are being built, not handed to you.
