A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property sales by finding clients, understanding their needs, showcasing properties (viewings/showings), negotiating deals, and closing transactions, all while maintaining market knowledge, building relationships, and hitting sales targets. Key duties include lead generation, client consultation, market analysis, contract finalization, and providing after-sales support, requiring strong negotiation and communication skills to manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Lead Management: Generate, qualify, and nurture leads; build and maintain strong client relationships; provide ongoing support.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Conduct property viewings, present market insights, negotiate terms, and close sales/rental agreements.
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, property values, local regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales contracts, manage listings, and report sales activities and forecasts to management.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with marketing on strategies and develop new business opportunities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales acumen & negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and CRM systems.
