We are hiring female candidates for the roles of HR Executive and Sales Executive at Izeon Innovative Pvt Ltd, Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be passionate about interacting with students and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

For HR Executive:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Follow up with enquiry students and convert them into course admissions.
  • Coordinate with management for placement and internship activities.

For Sales Executive:

  • Manage incoming student enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins).
  • Convert student leads into confirmed course enrollments.
  • Explain course details, fees, and career benefits clearly to students.
  • Maintain daily reports of enquiries and admissions.
  • Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
