Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Pune for a Human Resource Intern. The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR activities, including managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks will involve supporting HR management and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune, Maharashtra
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous internship experience in HR is a plus point

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of HR Management.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
