Role Overview

As Warehouse & Operations Manager, you will lead Sunday's warehouse and logistics operations in Bangalore. This role demands hands-on execution, people management, and process ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations — from inbound storage and packing to last-mile deliveries and returns — while upholding the efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism that customers expect from a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize daily delivery routes in Bangalore and manage return orders efficiently
  • Oversee warehouse operations, fleet management, and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate packing and dispatch for outstation deliveries with precision and timeliness
  • Manage, motivate, and supervise ground staff, contract labour, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Track and report key operational KPIs (on-time delivery, order accuracy, return resolution time, cost per delivery)
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer delivery experience
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards in the warehouse

Role Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or last-mile delivery
  • Proven ability to manage warehouse operations and motivate ground teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation
  • Engineering/technical background preferred
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is an advantage
