Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination between candidates and the hiring team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintaining and managing candidate databases using Google Sheets
  • Sourcing and screening candidates across Tech and Non-Tech roles
  • Ensuring an efficient and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations is a plus
