We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Trainer to join our team in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality training or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hotel staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions on various aspects of hospitality operations.
  • Design and deliver customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to hotel staff to ensure they maintain high standards of service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a hospitality trainer or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to evaluate performance.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
