Hospitality Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Trainer to join our team in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality training or related fields.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for hotel staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions on various aspects of hospitality operations.
- Design and deliver customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with hotel management to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to hotel staff to ensure they maintain high standards of service quality.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a hospitality trainer or in a similar role within the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to evaluate performance.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
