  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Finacle customization.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain customized modules using Finacle tools.
  • Engage in code development and review processes to ensure quality standards.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing on customized solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Finacle customizations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and deliverables for customization projects.
  • Document customization specifications, testing procedures, and deployment processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and adapt custom solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure utilization of custom features.

  • Assist in the integration of Finacle with other banking applications and systems.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Finacle implementation and customization.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and SQL for backend development.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and financial services industry.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective customization solutions.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the banking sector.
