Job Title: Java Developer with Finacle Experience Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore Skills-Java, Spring boot, microservices, CI/CD, good knowledge in finacle. Must be into development role and not support. 
Job Description: We are looking for a Java Developer with expertise in Finacle to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, coupled with hands-on experience in Finacle customization and development. This is a development-focused role, and candidates currently in support roles will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications leveraging Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Customize and enhance Finacle core banking modules as per business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment processes.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in applications and services.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing and code reviews.

Key Skills:
  • Java: Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
  • Spring Boot: Proficient in building and managing RESTful APIs and applications.
  • Microservices: Expertise in microservices design, development, and orchestration.
  • CI/CD: Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.
  • Finacle: Good knowledge and development experience in Finacle core banking solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in Java development and Finacle customization.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
