Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process — job posting, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Handle joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data like attendance and leaves.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and confirmation letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
- Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR software or HRMS will be an added advantage.
