Male candidates with BE or MBA in to covering Mumbai & Maharashtra location with min 8 years of Sales working experience in Building Product/ Steel/ Cement/ Lubricants/ Chemicals/ Furnishing etc etc
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Institutional and Projects segment
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys to track competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches .Provide market intelligence and insights to management for strategy formulation.
- Lead, guide, and motivate Executives in the assigned region. Ensure team productivity by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and conducting training.
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and institutional buyers.Support project sales and ensure brand visibility at customer sites.
- Monitor order booking, collections, and receivables within credit limits.Submit timely MIS reports on sales performance, dealer feedback, and market trends.Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month
