We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
IT Recruiter
with proven expertise in hiring for
SAP roles
and
FinTech domain positions
. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both permanent and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) roles, with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP ABAP, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP Basis, etc.)
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for niche roles in the
    FinTech domain
    (e.g., Core Banking, Digital Payments, Risk & Compliance, Blockchain, API Integration).
  • Manage stakeholder communication with hiring managers and delivery heads.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate reports on hiring activity and candidate pipeline.
  • Experience handling both contract and permanent hiring across mid to senior-level roles.

Required Skills:

  • 3–6 years of IT recruitment experience, specifically with:
  • Strong track record in
    SAP hiring
  • Hands-on experience hiring for
    FinTech clients or roles
  • Experience handling
    Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
    and
    permanent
    hiring models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with IT services or FinTech clients.
  • Good understanding of technical skills, role definitions, and market trends.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced consulting or staffing environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
