Role Overview

· We are seeking for a Senior HR Manager with a strong background to lead and manage key HR functions, including Management, payroll administration, recruitment, statutory compliance, and external liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy. Manage and lead the HR team and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Recruitment and talent management: Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and exit procedures. Work with department managers to identify and fill talent needs.
  • Employee relations: Serve as a bridge between employees and management, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment. Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
  • Compliance and policies: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance and development: Manage performance appraisal systems, oversee training and development programs, and create initiatives to motivate and engage employees.
  • Compensation and benefits: Oversee employee benefits and wellness programs, and manage payroll functions.
  • Metrics and reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and report on HR performance to management.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is typically required, with a master's degree being preferred by many employers.
  • Experience: Proven experience Minimum 10 to 20 Years as an HR Manager or in a similar role is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are necessary. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is critical. The role also requires strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
