NOTE2: Stipend up to ₹8,000 per month plus incentives based on performance, with an opportunity for full-time conversion.

Job Description:

Loyzo Retails India Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate and data-driven
Performance Marketing Intern
to support our digital growth. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will help in
planning, launching, and optimizing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace campaigns
aimed at scaling our D2C business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in fashion e-commerce performance marketing
while working closely with the founders and creative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
    for D2C growth.
  • Support in
    retargeting campaigns, pixel setup, and funnel optimization
    .
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare performance reports.
  • Analyze performance data and tweak campaigns for improved ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft engaging ad creatives.
  • Assist in
    A/B testing
    of creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Research and suggest new
    growth opportunities, tools, and digital marketing trends
    .
  • Support in managing advertising on
    marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra)
    .

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed
    Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
    .
  • Prior exposure (projects, certifications, or internships) in
    performance marketing
    .
  • Understanding of
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or digital marketing platforms
    .
  • Knowledge of
    retargeting, pixel setup, or funnel-based advertising
    is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    for campaign reporting.
  • Passion for
    digital marketing, fashion, and e-commerce
    .
