· Supervision of Security staff
· Supervision of drivers

· Verifying staff expense claims
· Laisoning with government officials like corporation office/Thaluk office/Panchayath/Municipality
· Building Tax
· Attending company legal cases
· Travel and accommodation arrangement of staff
o Ticket booking both Train/Bus for official travelling
o Hotel accommodation arrangements for training staff
· Public relations
