ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the workplace culture, managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, and supporting employee development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance data with accuracy and confidentiality.

Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism.

Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and plan accordingly.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-4 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or sports-related industry.

Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus.

A positive attitude with a solution-driven mindset.
