Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and handle various administrative and clerical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment that reflects the companys values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle incoming phone calls, transfer them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining office records, and managing office supplies.
- Keep attendance and visitor logs updated.
- Provide general support to the HR and Administration teams as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Emails).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer service-oriented approach.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
Employment Type: Full-time
