Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

-Maintain employee records and attendance data.-Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

-Help manage HR documentation, compliance, and reports.

-Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

-0–2 years of HR experience (freshers may apply).

-Excellent communication and organisational skills.

-Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
