This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Executive/Sales.

The Business Development Executive/Sales will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, presenting our Company details, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key responsibilities:

* Seeking a Business Development Executive with strong inside sales and closing skills to generate leads, build client relationships, deliver sales presentations, and close opportunities to achieve business growth and revenue.

* Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

* Upsell/Cross-sell ratio and B2B or B2C experice is preferred

* Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

* Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

* Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

* Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

* Create customer engagement plan to facilitate the attainment of Sales goal.

* Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

* Interact with internal stakeholders to showcase Product & Services Portfolio to prospective clients

* Gradually build the ability to handle presentations to customer independently.

* Consistent touch base with prospective clients to translate opportunities as business.

* Provide professional after-sales support to exhibit the dedication to customers.

* Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
