Key Responsibilities
• Should have experience in managing FP projects
• Organize, manage, and lead multiple project implementations in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple functional teams
• Manage all phases of IT application development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation activities, leveraging best practice standards and processes
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
• Good grasp of architecture fundamentals, APIs, integration patterns
• Proficient in at least one tech stack (e.g., Java, .NET, , etc.)
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycle
• Strong in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Hybrid delivery models
• Exposure to Effort estimation (like FP, T-shirt sizing, WBS-based)
• Ability to troubleshoot delivery blockers - technical or people-related
• Experience in change management, scope creep handling, and risk mitigation
• Comfortable with customer-facing roles
• Ability to translate business needs to tech teams and vice versa
• Experience in status reporting, steering committee updates, and handling escalations
• Understands developer mindset, useful for empathy and motivation
• Strong experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
• Metrics tracking: velocity, burn-down, capacity planning, quality, utilization
• Ability to bring product-oriented mindset to services delivery
• Uses data/metrics to drive delivery improvements
• Comfortable with dashboards, Excel, PowerBI, or other reporting tools
• Focus on user experience, customer value, and long-term maintainability Good to have
• Occasionally contributes to PoCs or debugs blockers in UAT/Prod
• Maintains some level of code hygiene knowledge
