Female Customer Support Associate

Job Description:
We are hiring female Customer Support Executives to manage inbound & outbound calls as well as online chats in a professional and customer-friendly manner. The role requires excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English to provide quick, clear, and effective support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, lead generation, and customer support.
Manage customer queries through online chat support (website, WhatsApp, or CRM tools).
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily and weekly performance targets for calls & chats.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (Day Shift).
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (spoken & written).
Strong communication, listening, and typing skills.
Prior experience in customer support (calls/chats), BPO, or voice process preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat/call handling tools.
Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple queries professionally.
