Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Support Engineer Intern to join our technical support team. This internship will give you exposure to cloud platforms, server management, and customer support, while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to cloud servers, hosting, and networking.
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing systems.
- Support installation, configuration, and monitoring of servers.
- Document solutions, FAQs, and technical processes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers.
- Learn and apply best practices in customer service and technical problem-solving.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows servers and networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
